Kara B. Moran

Kara Moran practices family law, specializing in Divorce Law (child custody, child support, property division, and retirement), Premarital Agreements, Marital Agreements, adoptions, paternity, and family formation matters. Before joining Char Hamilton Yoshida & Shimomoto, Ms. Moran earned her Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School and gained experience in diverse fields including real estate/condominium development, corporate law, criminal and insurance defense litigation, non-profit fund development, and legislative and appellate procedure.
