Katherine G. Bennett

Katherine Bennett practices family law, specifically divorce, custody, paternity, guardianship, and adoption. Before joining Char Hamilton Campbell & Yoshida as an associate attorney working with Geoffrey Hamilton, Ms. Bennett practiced family law in the public interest at both the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii and Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii. In addition, Ms. Bennett has extensive history working in the child welfare system as a Guardian ad Litem and assisting foster parents with legal issues.
