Ms. Keeno is a director and officer at Char Hamilton Campbell & Yoshida, where she has practiced in the Firm's Workers' Compensation section since February 1, 1989. Ms. Keeno has represented many employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds and third party administrators in complex workers' compensation claims at the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Disability Compensation Division, the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board, the Supreme Court and Intermediate Court of Appeals of the State of Hawaii and the United States Supreme Court.
