Molly Jo Campbell
Director

Molly Jo Campbell has practiced extensively in the workers' compensation arena since 1977. She originally served as a Deputy Attorney General representing the State of Hawaii, Special Compensation Fund (second injury fund) in workers' compensation cases. However, she also provided legal services to the State of Hawaii in the areas of temporary disability insurance, unemployment insurance, wage and hour, and employment practices matters.
Ms. Campbell joined the Firm in 1980 and became a Director on January 1, 1984 primarily representing self-insured employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters from the administrative levels of the Disability Compensation Division and Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board and continuing through the appellate levels of the Intermediate Court of Appeals and the Hawaii Supreme Court. She has been a speaker on various workers' compensation topics in the community.
Ms. Campbell has served as an arbitrator for the Court Annexed Arbitration Program in civil cases before the Circuit Court of the First Circuit since its inception. She has also defended employers in worker's compensation fraud, unemployment insurance and wrongful discharge cases.
