Nathalie S. Pettit

Nathalie S. Pettit represents employers and their insurance representatives in all areas of workers' compensation law before the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Disability Compensation Division and Labor Appeals Board. Prior to joining Char Hamilton Campbell & Yoshida in 2008, Ms. Pettit was an Associate Attorney with Marr Jones & Wang representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Pettit began her career in 2001 as an attorney in the Unites States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. Ms. Pettit came to Hawaii in 2004 as the Chief of International and Operational Law for the United States Army Pacific. Ms. Pettit later served as a labor law attorney for 25th Infantry Division. Previous military assignments include Special Counsel to the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Policy at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. and prosecutor at 3d Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Ms. Pettit served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
